This was one of my first decent training weeks of the year. I was able to get in a fair amount of time in the pool and on the bike, though I hope to log even more hours next week. Unfortunately, my running had to be pushed back a little bit this week due to some stress in my knee. However, I’m not too worried about my running at this time of the year, as I am trying to focus more on building strength in the water and on the bike.
